How long does it take to receive my order?
Since every item is custom-made just for you, our total timeline has two parts:
- Production Time: We typically need 3 to 4 business days to handle the customization (cutting, plating, and quality check). This time may be slightly longer for complex designs.
- Shipping Time: This begins after the production period. While we ship quickly, the final delivery date depends on the courier. Please check your tracking number, which we send via email once your parcel is dispatched, to monitor its transit status.
